RESOLUTION 99-99
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FINAL PLAT OF BRENTWOOD RESIDENTIAL
R-l A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Bishop Engineering has presented the Final Plat of Brentwood Residential R-1,and
the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on August 24,1999;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code ofIowa;and
WHEREAS,all public improvements have been made and approved;and
WHEREAS,fees for signage,warning sirens and park dedication have been paid;and
WHEREAS,the connection fee for the Eastern Area Pump Station has been paid;and
WHEREAS,the developer has agreed to install a new drive way connecting the Crow property
with Brentwood Drive and remove the current drive way emptying onto University Avenue;and
WHEREAS,the developer has agreed to complete all remaining punch list items including the
afore mention driveway construction and removal within sixty days from fmal plat approval.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat f
hereby accepted this 30th day of August,1999.

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Waukee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on Augnst 30th,1999,the
foregoing Resolution 99-99 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Brentwood
Residential R -1,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa"was
introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a motion
was made by Councihnan Gruber,seconded by Councilwoman Heath to pass the
resolution.Upon roll call,the following Council members voted:
AYE:Gruber,Heath,Berger,Peard,and Lyon
