RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE FROM CONTRACTORS MACHINERY INC.
FOR $8,850 WITH TRADE-IN
WHEREAS,the Waukee Public Works Department has an agreement with Case to trade
the backhoe every two years with a fixed price of $15.00 per hour;and
WHEREAS,the Case trade-in is the lowest bid replacement from said vendor.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee
does hereby accept the trade-inlpurchase in the amount of $8,850,and does thereby
continue said agreement with Case.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 30th day of August 999.
