RESOLUTION NO.99-94
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO PURCHASE TWO 2000 PICK-
UPS FROM KARL CHEVROLET FOR $22,250.00 EACH
WHEREAS,the Waukee Gas and Street Deparhnents have received and reviewed bids
for replacement pick-up trucks;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee Gas and Street Departments have budgeted for said vehicles as
part of their seven year vehicle replacement schedule;and
WHEREAS,Karl Chevrolet came in with the lowest bid for vehicles meeting the set
specifications.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee
does hereby accept the bid from Karl Chevrolet and agrees to purchase two 2000 Pick-
ups at an amount not to exceed $22,250 per pick-up.
