APPOINTING PEOPLE TO COMMITTEE TO NEGOTIATE 28E AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL
DISTRICT ON CENTENNIAL PARK PLAN
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee Comprehensive Plan Committee requested that citizens form a committee to negotiate a
28E agreement with the Waukee School District;and
WHEREAS,Mayor Bailey deems Marilea Morris,Steve Hobbs,Linda Foltz,Greg Breuer,Renee Herr,Bill
Daggett,Tom Tovrea,GeoffWearmouth,Mike Watts,and Marvin Berger excellent representatives on behalf of the
City.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved and this resolution passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and
approved the II"'of September,2000.
