RESOLUTION A WARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE HICKMAN
PUMPING STATION AND SEWER EXTENSION TO KRI COMPANY
WHEREAS,THE city of Waukee desiring to construct a Pumping Station and Sewer
Extension at the Hickman Road location for future development;AND
WHEREAS,the City on September 6,2000 let bids for the Pumping Station and Sewer
Extension;AND
WHEREAS,KRI Company was the apparent low bidder at the bid amount of
$447,142.25;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby award the contract for the Hickman Pumping Station and Sewer Extension to KRl
Company of Ames,Iowa for the amount of $447,142.25 on this 11th day of September
2000.
