APPROVING PERPETUAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH STORM AND SANITARY SEWER WITH
MS.CULVER
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Waukee needs an easement for the Hickman Trunk Sewer and Pumping Station;and
WHEREAS,this easement will facilitate economic growth in eastern Waukee.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved and this resolution passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and
approved the 11th of September,2000.
