RESOLUTION NO.99-109
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRE DEPARTMENT PURCHASE OF
BREATHING AIR COMPRESSOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,844 PLUS $150
SHIPPING
WHEREAS,the Waukee Fire Department has received and reviewed bids for the
purchase of a breathing air compressor,and
WHEREAS,Midwest Breathing Air came in with the lowest bid for said equipment.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee
does hereby accept the bid of Midwest Breathing Air for a breathing air compressor in
the amount of$14,844 plus $150 shipping.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of September 1999.
