RESOLUTION NO.99-105
RESOLUTION ENTERING THE CITY OF WAUKEE INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH mOT FOR CORRECTION OF HIGHWAY 6 STORM SEWER DESIGN
ERROR

WHEREAS,mOT has acknowledged a design error has occurred,and has agreed to pay
for most of the storm sewer;and
WHEREAS,as a result the City has reviewed agrees with said agreement;and
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm has indicated that the agreement is favorable for the
City.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee
does hereby enter into agreement with mOT and does agree to pay $17,841.75 spread
over three years at zero interest for the correction of said storm sewer design error as
indicated in the agreement attached hereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of September 1999.
