RESOLUTION 99-106
RESOLUTION APPROVING WESTGATE PLAT 3 FINAL PLAT R-1 A SUBDIVISION
OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IN DALLAS COUNTY IOWA
WHEREAS,Civil Engineering Consultants,Inc.has presented the Final Plat of Westgate Plat 3
Final Plat R-l,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved this Final Plat on
August 24,1999;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found this subdivision to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;and
WHEREAS,the City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements under
Section 354.8 of the Code oflowa;and
WHEREAS,all public improvements have been made and approved;and
WHEREAS,fees for signage,warning sirens and park dedication have been paid;and
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Final Plat for
hereby accepted this 13th day of September,1999.

We,the undersigned,Mayor and City Clerk,of the City of Wankee,Iowa,do hereby
certify that a regular meeting of the City Council,held on September 13th,1999,the
foregoing Resolution 99-106 entitled,"Resolution Accepting the Final Plat of Westgate
Plat 3 Final Plat R -I,a Subdivision of the City of Waukee,in Dallas County,Iowa"was
introduced and read before the said City Council,and after due consideration a motion
was made by Councilman Lyon,seconded by Councilman Gruber to pass the resolution.
Upon roll call,the following Council members voted:
