RESOLUTION 00-157
APPROVING CONTRACT BONDS AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR HICKMAN
PUMPING STATION AND SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS,the recommended contractor for the Hickman Road Sewer Extension Project,KRI
Company of Ames,lA,has submitted the required Contract Bonds and Certificate of
Insurance,AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed these documents and found them to be in the form
required by the contract specifications and recommends approval of said Contract
Bonds and Certificate of Insurance,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 18th day
of September,2000 that it hereby approves the Hickman Pumping Station and Sewer
Extension Contract Bonds and Certificate ofInsurance as recommended by the City
Attorney.
