STREET INTERSECTION APPROACH TO HIGHWAY 6
WHEREAS,during the construction of Highway 6 the City had not acquired the land for
the North 6th Street intersection;AND .
WHEREAS,the City now having purchased the land for the North 6th Street
intersection;AND
WHEREAS,Eco-Tech Construction having submitted a proposal of $15,632 to furnish
all material,labor,equipment and supervision required to construct the North 6th Street
improvements in accordance with Iowa Department of Transportation Standard
Specifications;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby accept the proposal for the paving of the North 6th Street intersecti a roach to
Highway 6 in the amount of $15,632 on this 18th day of p mber 200
