RESOLUTION 00-156-B
APPROVING PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 2 CONSTRUCTION PLANS
WHEREAS,the City has approved a Preliminary Plat for Parkview Crossing Plat 2 located south of
Rosenkranz Drive and east of General L.A.Grant Parkway,AND,
WHEREAS,the Developer,Jerry's Homes,has submitted construction plans for Parkview Crossing
Plat 2,AND,
WHEREAS,said construction plans have been reviewed by the Public Works Department and City
Engineer,AND,
WHEREAS,the Engineer's recommendations for modifications to said plans have been submitted to
the City and Developer in a letter dated September 14,2000,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 18th day
of September,2000 that it hereby approves the construction plans for Parkview Crossing Plat 2 provided
that all of the recommendations submitted by the City Engineer in their September 14 letter are
addressed and constructed to the City Engineer's satisfaction.
