RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF A
CHAIN LINK FENCE SURROUNDING THE REED BEDS AT
THE WAUKEE WASTE TREATMENT PLANT AT A COST
OF $5,760
WHEREAS,during the construction of the Waukee Waste Treatment Plant the chain link fence was
deleted due to cutting cost;AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee understanding the danger of people being injured and the possibility of
infectious diseases without a chain link fence around the reed beds;AND
WHEREAS,American Fence Co.having the low proposal to install the chain link fence;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby approve
the installation of a chain link fence surrounding the reed beds at the Waukee Waste Treatment Plant by
the American Fence Co.in the amount of $5,760 on this 2nd day of October 2000.
