RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTING NOVEMBER 6,2000 AS DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON
TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REBATE AGREEMENT WITH MIKE MEYERS/JIM CAMPNEY
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Mike Meyers and Jim Campney have requested a Tax Increment Financing district;and
WHEREAS,the City has set November 6,2000 as a Public Hearing date to consider their request.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that it has set
November 6,2000 as a Public Hearing Date for consideration of establishing a Tax Increment Financing rebate
agreement with Mike Meyers/Jim Campney.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 16"'day of October 2000.
