RESOLUTION 00-199
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ENGINEER'S CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION FOR
THE DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF THE 50,000 GALLON ELEVATED STORAGE
TANK AND 200,000 GALLON GROUND STORAGE TANK
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desiring to beautify the City by causing the demolition and disposal of
the elevated and ground storage tanks;AND,
WHEREAS,the City awarded the contract for the demolition and disposal of the storage tanks to
M.E.D.A.of Moulton,Iowa on August 7,2000;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimrn having made an on-site review of the completed construction project
and in their opinion the work performed is in substantial accordance with the plans specifications have
issued an Engineer's Certificate of Completion;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby accept
Veenstra &Kimm's Certificate of Completion for the demolition and disposal of the 50,000 gallon
elevated storage tank and 200,000 gallon ground storage tank on this 6th day of November 2000.
