RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO.2
(FINAL)FOR THE DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF THE 50,000
GALLON ELEVATED STORAGE TANK AND 200,000 GALLON
GROUND STORAGE TANK
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desiring to beautify the City by causing the demolition and disposal of
the elevated and ground storage tanks;AND,
WHEREAS,M.E.D.A.having completed the project and has requested pay estimate no.2 (final)in the
amount of $11,210;AND,
I
WHEREAS,Veenstra and Kimm has issued a Certificate of Completion for the project and
recommends payment;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby approve
M.E.D.A.'s request for pay estimate no.2 (final)in the amount of $11,210 on this 6'h day of November
2000.
