RESOLUTION APPROVING OF SUNRISE MEADOWS PLAT 2 PRELIMINARY PLAT
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Sunrise Meadows Plat 2 Preliminary Plat had been approved by the Waukee Planning &Zoning
Commission on September 26,2000;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee helieves this Preliminary Plat is in conformance with good,future growth patterns;
and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that said preliminary
plat is approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 6th day of November,2000.
