RESOLUTION APPROVING OF REZONING OF SUNRISE MEADOWS PLAT 2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized muuicipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Sunrise Meadows Plat 2 Rezoning had been approved by the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission
on September 26,2000;and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee believes this rezoning is in conformance with good,future growth patterns;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that said rezoning is
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 6lh day of November,2000.
