RESOLUTION APPROVING OF WESTGATE BUSINESS PARK FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized municipal corporation;and
WHEREAS,Westgate Business Park final Plat had been approved by the Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission;
and
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee believes this Final Plat is iu conformance with good,future growth patterns;and
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa that said final plat is
approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved tbe 6th day of November,2000.
