RESOLUTION 00-15
RESOLUTION REZONING WELL'S PROPERTY
WHEREAS,all landowners involved want to rezone said property to facilitate commercial
development;and
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Committee recommends the rezoning;and
WHEREAS,the City believes that rezoning this property is the right thing to do;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the Well's property be rezoned from M-I to Col.
