ANNEXATION OF FLORENCE BOOTH PROPERTY INTO WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City believes that annexing this property is in the best interests of our
citizens;and
WHEREAS,there is development planned for this property;and
WHEREAS,this annexation follows the City's objective of annexing all available land
that is north of Interstate 80;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby states its
intention to annex this property into the City of Waukee.
Passed and approved on February 28,2000.
