RESOLUTION APPROVING WINFIELD TOWNHOMES PLAT 1
WHEREAS,this proposed development is consistent with our Comprehensive Plan;and
WHEREAS,the City believes that there is a need for more townhouse space;and
WHEREAS,the plat conforms to our city ordinance;and
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee hereby Approves
Winfield Townhomes Plat 1
Passed and approved on February 28,2000.
