WHEREAS,S1.Boniface Church has been a member of the Waukee community for many years;
and
WHEREAS,tbe City believes that the site plan is in conformance with City standards;and
WHEREAS,Planning &Zoning approved the site plan;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the City counc;;t waukee.approves the S1.Boniface
Site Plan.~
