RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF INSURANCE ASSOCIATES AS THE
CITY'S INSURANCE CARRIER
WHEREAS,the City signed a three year contract with Insurance Associates in April 1999;and
WHEREAS,the City believes that Insurance Associates are doing a fine job;and
WHEREAS,the City believes that using Insurance Associates is fiscally responsible for the
City;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the City Council of Waukee approves renewal of
Insurance Associates as the City's Insurance Carrier ~~
