RESOLUTION 00-32
RESOLUTION APPROVING MIDAMERICAN INTERCONNECT
WHEREAS,the City believes connecting our gas lines with MidAmerican's lines is a pragmatic
course of action;and
WHEREAS,the Public Works department deems this action fiscally responsible and in the best
long term interest of the City;and
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes by doing taking this action,that it is in the best
interest of the citizens of Waukee;
NOW,THEREFORE,be it resolved that the City Council
MirtAmerican Interconnect.
