RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR CHUCK WELL'S BUILDING
WHEREAS,Waukee is excited to have another commercial business in town;and
WHEREAS,Planning and Rezoning have reviewed this proposal and recommended it to be
heard in front of the Waukee City Council;and
WHEREAS,the City Council deems this action to be fiscally responsible to all the citizens of
Waukee;
NOW,TOEREFORE,be it resolved that the Ci<y Cnu,~the site plan for
the Chuck Well's building on North Warrior Lane.
