RESOLUTION 00-45

APPROVING REVISED MULTI-HAZARD GUIDELINES FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,one of the basic functions of City governments is the provision of public safety services
for City residents and businesses,AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is continually reviewing its Plan for provision of services in the event
of a natural disaster or emergency,AND,
WHEREAS,the most recent Emergency Government Plan review included input from the County
Emergency Management Coordinator,Police Chief,Fire Chief,Public Works Director and City
Administrator,AND,
WHEREAS,the title Emergency Government Plan is recommended for change to Multi-Hazard
Guidelines,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 17th day}.
of April,2000 that it hereby adopts the revised Multi-Hazard Guidelines dated April,2000.
