and easements between Broderick Family, L.P., and the City of Waukee

Consideration of approval of a resolution approving contract, bond [Alice's
Road Phase 5 Project, SE Olson Drive to NE Horizon Drive]
3) RESOLUTION:
Consideration of approval of a resolution approving the temporary closing
of SE Telby Lane from SE L.A. Grant Parkway west to SE Oxford Drive on
Sunday, April 1, 2018, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. for
the purpose of a neighborhood block party [Waukee United Methodist
Church Easter Sunrise Service].
