RESOLUTION 00-46
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE TO DENIS DELLA VEDOVA
CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS,Denis Della Vedova Construction has completed construction of the City of Waukee
Public Safety Building,AND,
WHEREAS,Design Alliance,architect for this project,recommends payment of the outstanding
retainage in the amount of $8,599.06,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 17th day
of April,2000,that it hereby authorizes payment of the retainage for the Public Safety Building
construction project in the amount of $8,599.06.
