Approving Rezoning of 4L Acres from A-I to R-I
WHEREAS,the rezoning of 4L Acres was approved by the Waukee Planning &Zoning Committee on
March 28,2000;AND,
WHEREAS,the Code Compliance Office has found this request to be in compliance with City
Ordinances.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this I"day
of May 2000,that it hereby authorizes the rezoning of 4L Acres om A-I to R-l.
