RESOLUTION 00-52
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR ATLANTIC BOTTLING COMPANY
WHEREAS,Atlantic Bottling Company is a highly valued City of Waukee business,AND,
WHEREAS,Atlantic Bottling has proposed plans to add 17,000sq.ft.to their existing building,AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Commission reviewed the plans submitted for the expansion at its
April 25,2000 meeting,AND,
WHEREAS,the Plans were found to be acceptable provided that a landscaping plan for the project is
submitted at the time the plans are reviewed by the City Council,AND,
WHEREAS,said landscaping plan has been submitted,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this l"day
of May,2000 that it hereby approves the site plan submitted by Atlantic Bottling with the provision that
the landscaping plan presented is also completed.
