A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHACE OF A
CRAFCOSUPERSHOT60CRACKSEALER
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee is determined to extend the useful
life ofthe streets in the City of Waukee;
AND WHEREAS,in keeping with this policy the City Council has instructed the Public
Works to seal cracks on a regular basis;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the City of Waukee
approves the purchase of a CRAFCO Super Shot 60 Crack Sealer in the amount of
$17,600 with the downpayment of $10,000 due at delivery of the crack sealer and the I

balance of $7,600 due on the 15th of July,2000.
PASSED AND APROVED this 1st day of May,2000.
