RESOLUTION 00-50
Approving Brenton Bank Site Plan
WHEREAS,Planning &Zoning on April 17,2000 approved the Brenton Bank Site
Plan;AND,
WHEREAS,the Code Compliance Office has found this request to be in compliance
with City Ordinances;AND,
WHEREAS,Brenton Bank has been an excellent corporate citizen of the City of
Waukee and Dallas County for over seventy (70)years.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of May 2000,that it hereby approves the Brenton Bank Site Plan.
