Approving Indigo Ridge Plat 3 Construction Plans
WHEREAS,the City believes that Indigo Ridge Plat 3 will be an excellent addition to
our City;AND,
WHEREAS,Planning and Zoning has found Indigo Ridge Plat 3 to be in conformance
with City Ordinances;AND,
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1st day of May 2000,that it hereby approves the Indigo Ridge Plat 3
Construction Plans.
