Approving Monument Sign for Lyn Circle Townhomes
WHEREAS,Planning &Zoning on April 25,2000 approved the sign for Lyn Circle
Townhomes;AND,
WHEREAS,the Code Compliance Office has found this request to be in compliance
with City Ordinances.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this l "day of May 2000,that it hereby approves the sign for Lyn Circle
Townhomes.
