Approving Rezoning of Parkview Crossing Lot 59 Acres from R-3 to R-4
WHEREAS,the rezoning of Parkview Crossing Lot 59 was approved by the Planning &Zoning
Commission on March 28,2000;AND,
WHEREAS,the Code Compliance Office has found this request to be in compliance with City
Ordinances.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this I"day
of May 2000,that it hereby authorizes the rezoning of Parkview Crossing from R-3 to R-4.
