RESOLUTION NO.00-51
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ADDENDUM II TO THE STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee has determined that certain minimum standards of
construction for public improvements are needed and desirable to insure quality controls;
AND WHEREAS,on November 6,1995 the City Council passed a resolution adopting the Standard
Specifications for Public Improvements for the City of Waukee,Iowa;
AND WHEREAS,there was an Addendum No.I to the Standard Specifications on May 22,1966;
AND WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to be in accordance with the standards of the industry
and continue to comply with sound engineering principles;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Waukee adopts
Addendum IIto the Standard Specifications for Public Improvements in the City of Waukee,Iowa.
PASSED AND APROVED this 1st day of May,2000.
