RESOLUTION 00-57
APPROVING REZONING OF PARKVIEW CROSSING PLAT 2
WHEREAS,the 37.5 acre parcel immediately south of Parkview Crossing on General Grant Parkway
formerly known as the Florence Booth property was annexed to the City of Waukee in April of 2000,
AND,
WHEREAS,a request to rezone this property to R3 multi-family along General Grant Parkway and R2
single family to the east of the R3 area was approved by the Planning and Zoning Connnission at its
April 25,2000 meeting,AND,
WHEREAS,the City has received no objections to this rezoning request,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 15th day
of May,2000 that it hereby approves the rezoning request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning
Commission.
