RESOLUTION 00-59
APPROVING THE ENGINEERING PROPOSAL FOR DESIGN OF
NORTH 6TH STREET RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS;the Iowa Department of Transportation has agreed to fund and install the
North 6th Street approach off of Highway 6;AND
WHEREAS;the City of Waukee has agreed to design and the preparation of the plans
and specifications;AND
WHEREAS;the City desires to retain the Engineers to provide engineering design;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,the City of Waukee City Council on the }
15th day of May 2000,approves the Engineering Proposal for Design of North 6th Street
Right of Way for the amount of $6000.
