RESOLUTION 00-61
Approving the Purchase of a 2000-gallon Storage Tank from the Farmers Co-operative Elevator
Company for the amount of $3000.
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee desires to be in compliance with state and federal regulations
concerning storage tanks;AND,
WHEREAS,The Farmers Co-operative Elevator Company having a storage tank which complies with
the state and federal regulations;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City of Waukee in session this 15th day of May
2000,hereby approves the purchase of a 2000-gallon storage tank from the Farmers Co-operative
Elevator Company for the amount of $3000.
