RESOLUTION 00-60
APPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEE AND
VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC FOR WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS;the City is now considering the construction of the improvement to the water system as set forth in the
November 6,1998 report entitled Water System Improvements,500,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank;AND,
WHEREAS;the City desires to proceed with the design and preparation of the plans and specifications;AND,
WHEREAS;the City desires to retain the Engineers to provide engineering design and construction serves on the Project;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,the City ofWankee City Council on the 15th of May 2000,approves the
agreement between the City of Waukee and Veenstra &Kimm,Inc for the Water System Improvements.
