RESOLUTION 09-123
APPROVING THE REPLACEMENT OF A CASE 660 TRENCHERJBACKHOE
FROM MIDWEST UNDERGROUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,900.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the
replacement of a Case 660 Trencher/Backhoe as part of that department's equipment
replacement program;AND,
WHEREAS,the City received bids for the replacement of said vehicle/equipment,with
the lowest bid received from Midwest Underground in the amount of $50,900.00;
WHEREAS,the proposed purchase price is budgeted within the Gas Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this lSI day of June 2009 that it hereby approves the replacement of a Case 660
TrencherIBackhoe from Midwest Underground in the amount of $50,900.00.
