RESOLUTION 09-124
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OR REAPPOINTMENT OF ONE (1)CITIZEN
MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM TO END JUNE
30,2014;AND TWO (2)CITIZEN MEMBERS TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF
TRUSTEES FOR THREE-YEAR TERMS TO END JUNE 30,2012
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas COlUIty;
AND,
WHEREAS,each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to those boards
which have mid-term appointments scheduled to expire on June 30;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has made the following appointments:
Board of Appeals
Mark Lorber reappointment 5-year term ending 06/30/14
Library Board of Trustees
Patricia Dawson
Chris Colter
new appointment
new appointment
3-year term ending 06/30/12
3-year term ending 06/30/12
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
1"day of June 2009 that the mayor's appointments to the Board of Appeals and Library Board of
Trustees are hereby approved.
