APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE NO.3 FOR THE ELEVATED STORAGE TANK
PROJECT
WHEREAS,Diversified Coatings,Ltd having completed 46%ofthe 500,000 gallon
elevated storage tank modification project;AND
WHEREAS,Diversified Coatings have requested partial payment in the amount of
$98,562.50 for the work that has been completed;AND
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm have reviewed the partial pay estimate and recommend
payment;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby approve Pay Estimate No.3 in the amount of $98,562.50 to Diversified Coating,
Ltd.for the work completed on the Elevated Storage Tank Project on this 16'h day of July
2001.
