RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BLACKTOP SERVICE COMPANY'S BID FOR
STREET PATCHING AND SEAL COATING
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desiring to provide a street maintenance program for
the safety of it's citizens;AND
WHEREAS,the City having requested a bid submittal for street patching and seal
coating on July 9,2001;AND
WHEREAS,Blacktop Service Company of Humboldt,Iowa having submitted the low
bid of$67.75 per ton for installation of A.C.C.patch material,$0.79 per square yard of
single seal and $1.65 per square yard of double seal;AND
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby accept the bid of Blacktop Services Company for street patching and seal coating
on this 16th day of July 2001.
