SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR REZONING OF DOWNING DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY
FOR JANUARY 22,2001 at 7 PM
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa is a duly organized municipal corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Planning &Zoning has approved this rezoning request.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 8th day of
January 2001 that;
On January 22,2001,at 7PM at Waukee City Hall,there will be a Public Hearing to discuss the rezoning of the
Downing Development Property.
