IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,lOW A
APPOINTING JODY T.GUNDERSON TO DES MOINES METROPOLITAN
PLANNING ORGANIZATION TECHNICAL COMMITTEE TO REPLACE
JOSHUA A.SMITH
RESOLUTION 01-30
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas
county,Iowa;and
WHEREAS,Deputy City Administrator Joshua A.Smith has accepted the
position of City Administrator for the City of Monticello,Iowa and
will be beginning his new position on April 2,2001;and
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee is appointing JodyT.Gunderson to replace
Joshua A.Smith as the Des Moines MFO Technical Committee
Representative.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City of Waukee,Iowa does hereby
set April lri,2001 appoint Jody T.Gunderson as the City of Waukee representative as
Des Moines MFO Technical Committee Representative.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,I have hereunto
subscribed my name and caused the Great Seal for the City
of Waukee,Iowa to be affixed.Done this 19th day of
March in the year of our Lord Two Thousand One.
