IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING FUNDING FOR IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
(IDOT)2001 PAYMENT
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION 01-31
The City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas
County,Iowa;and
The Waukee City Council has reviewed the Fiscal Year 200112002
Budget;and
The Waukee City Staff has identified funds available to be used to
pay for our payment owed to mOT for 2001;and
The City has money available from the excess borrowing for the
1999 $2.37 million remaining in the Eastern Area Pump Station
project and from future connection fees ..
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee,Iowa does hereby
approve said funding sources for the 200 1 IDOT payment.
