IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING FUNDING SOURCES FOR WATER TOWER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,

RESOLUTION 01-33
The City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas
County,Iowa;and
The Waukee City Council has reviewed the Fiscal Year 200112002
Budget;and
The Waukee City has identified funds available to be used to pay
for our water tower improvements;and
The City has money available in the Water Fund Cash Water Plant
Reserve,Water Fund Cash Account and the Water Fund Cash
Depreciation Reserve to pay towards the water tower
improvements.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee,Iowa does hereby
approve using the aforementioned money towards the water tower improvements.
