IN THE NAME AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT ON HICKMAN
ROAD TO KNAPP PROPERTillS
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION 01-46
The City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas
County,Iowa;and
The City of Waukee entrance sign was relocated prior to
construction to avoid a power pole;and
Knapp Properties has agreed to provide an easement for the new
sign,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City of Waukee,Iowa does
approve by resolution the conveyance of an easement on Hickman Road to Knapp
Properties.
